Reviews from this program
“The manager briefing worksheet alone justified the fee. Module five’s stakeholder map felt heavy for my five-person team — we cut it down in the review call.”
Client in manufacturing HR: “Clear pacing tools. Would like more night-shift examples in a future edition.”
FAQ
Is this legal or medical advice?
No. Return Roadmap Intensive is an employment consultation and planning program. For legal questions or medical fitness-for-work decisions, you should involve qualified professionals and your employer’s formal processes.
What is a real limitation of the program?
We do not negotiate with your employer on your behalf, and we cannot guarantee a specific Teilzeit arrangement. Outcomes depend on your workplace’s policies and willingness to collaborate.
How long do I keep access to materials?
Worksheet downloads remain available for twelve months after enrollment. Live review calls are scheduled within the first ninety days of your return window.
Can my employer sponsor the fee?
Yes. We can invoice an organization after a short scoping note. There is still no online checkout on this website.
Ready to look at enrollment windows?
